I’ve been on bikes for a long time. I think I have a cool story to tell along with plenty of old and interesting content…

…all of my non-review video content is below as well as podcasts and other interesting links.

July 2023

A headcam run down my favourite bike-park track in the world.

Downtime Podcast

I’ve been lucky enough to be invited on to the downtime podcast 3x times now. I also hold the honour of being the only guest to talk so much that one epic ramble was split in to two episodes!

Some riding clips of the Commencal Supreme #astoncustoms edition. This bike is really something else with custom-tuned NSR, RaceOnly and Cane Creek suspension, personalised cockpit setup, upgrade Formula brakes and Ochain. Loads more info on the youtube channel.

April 2022

60 Seconds of riding the Orange 329 at Revolution Bike Park back in February (full review video on my Youtube)

February 2022

60-second ride vid on the insane custom-built Banshee Titan,

There is a 7000-word extremely in-depth written article on my old website here.

December 2021

A short film to launch the Canyon Neuron. We spent a week creating this film in Ulassia, Sardinia. A magical place which was also a location for many Wild-West Films.

June 2021

I took my custom Nicolai Argon CX Pinion bike to task against The Bike Farm X Misspent Summers track!

If you want to watch the full lowdown on this custom machine click here.

January 2021

Stuck in Switzerland (which was amazing) during the c-vid winter of discontent.

I was lucky enough to get in some skiing and make the most of great wintery conditions in Crans Montana on the south-facing side of the Valais.

December 2020

A quick mélange of riding clips from 2020. Turned out pretty good in the end despite three broken wrists, months of lockdown, losing 80% of my income and becoming homeless!

November 2020

One of my previous jobs was working as a brand ambassador/developer with Nicolai/GeoMetron Bikes.

This was a great video which we produced and was my idea, ‘acting’ and riding. Thoroughly enjoyable and 90% accurate, the other fake 10% was me being in a suit in an office.

October 2020

A short video about a standard evening ride here in Finale Ligure: Trials, skill practice, ultra-slow climbing test, 'ratcheting' test, awkward 'Jank', grease, dirty switchback, then a beer by the beach of course!

Black and White Trail - a fantastic super technical and greasy trail shaped by Luca Martini - RIP.

October 2020

EMBN and Steve Jones take on ‘The Impossible Climb’ on my custom-built and tuned E-Shopper!

Steve really did ride all the way up the first time! I was impressed as I’ve tried 100 times and never made it!

September 2020

Mini shred filmed by Ben Winder back in the glorious summer of 2019!

October 2019

Thanks to Neil and GMBN for featuring me on their podcast

September 2019

Nicolai Tech Session #1

A deeper look at the amazing G1 - still the only frame I can 100% recommend.

November 2018

Threaded together some clips riding my custom Robot Bike R160 two years ago. 100% edited by me, obvs...

November 2018

I worked as the European tech-ed at Pinkbike for 6years. This was my last project with them: the 2019 Field Tests.

April 2015

A promotional film I was invited to take part in with the late Marco Fidalgo on the incredible island of Madeira.

Marco was a great friend of mine after I met him on the start-line of an enduro race. We spent the day riding around together with him chasing me down from 30-seconds behind on every stage.

Unfortunately, Marco died in January 2015 in an off-road motorcycle crash in the hills behind his house in Lousa, Portugal. Great guy with huge love and motivation for life, sadly leaving behind his son, Santiago Fidalgo to continue his legacy.

I supported Santiago and funded his early DH-racing career raising funds with a memorial print from Trailmaps.co.uk.
